1. Refund Eligibility:

   • Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
     
     • Service-related issues: If you are dissatisfied with the eyelash beautification service provided by Lushly Official, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment to discuss your concerns.
       
     • Allergic reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction to the products used during the service, please seek medical attention immediately, and provide us with documentation from a medical professional. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
       
       

2. Refund Process:

   • To request a refund, please contact us through our provided contact details within 48 hours of your appointment. Include your name, appointment date, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
     
     
   • We may request supporting documentation, such as photographs or a medical professional's note, to validate your refund request.
     
     
   • Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Lushly Official and will be processed within 7-10 business days.
     
     

3. Non-Refundable Situations:

   • No refunds will be provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction due to personal preferences, or if the client fails to notify Lushly Official within the specified time frame.
     
     
   • Refunds will not be issued for services rendered more than 48 hours prior to the refund request.
     
     

4. Cancellation Policy:

   • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 1 days notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
     
     

5. Additional Notes:

   • Lushly Official reserves the right to refuse a refund if it is deemed that the client's expectations were clearly communicated and met during the service.
   • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
